Everything about tickets, tables, grading and the day itself.
Anyone can book a seller table at Romania Card Show — both individuals and companies.
Companies can select the invoice option during the payment process and provide their billing details.
After completing the payment, you will receive an email confirmation and your table(s) will be reserved.
Please complete the seller form with all the requested information. This will help us organize the floor plan and table allocation.
If you have any special requirements, please mention them in the booking form.
We will do our best to accommodate requests, but specific table positions cannot be guaranteed.
You can bring a roll-up with your brand, and a dedicated area will be available for roll-ups.
If you want to place a spider display behind your seller area, a minimum booking of 3 tables is required.
Display cases are available to rent for the event.
The exact dimensions are mentioned in the booking section.
2 display cases fit on one table.
There is no minimum quantity required when renting display cases.
Final table positions will be announced within 3 days before the show.
You will receive an email with the event floor map and your assigned position. The map will also be available on the Romania Card Show website.
Booked tables are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
If you are no longer able to attend the show, you may email us and request to transfer your booking to another seller.
Transfers must be approved by the Romania Card Show organizers.

Jersey sellers can book a dedicated space using the Jersey Stand option above.
Bring your own racks and arrange them in a U shape within a maximum footprint of 2 × 2 m (4 m²). The price is the same as a standard seller table.
Please mention your jersey stand in the seller form so we can allocate the appropriate space.
